About Me

My photo
Life At the Lair
Kansas City, MO, United States
I am a stay-at-home wife and homeschooling mother who left the career world after working for state government for 20 years. I am enjoying life at home taking care of my husband and children. I have 2 step-daughters, one of which lives with us full-time, and one who spends approximately 4 months out of the year with us (including every school break and major holiday, as well as the entire summer). I became a mother when my husband and I married in June 2021 to these two beautiful girls who I couldn't love any more if I had given birth to them. My husband is an amazing man...a fantastic husband and father in every sense and I am very thankful that the Lord gave him to me. We have both been through a lot in life, and God has used that to develop a deep appreciation for what we have found in each other. We worship an amazing God, and serve Him side-by-side as we try to raise our children in the admonition of the Lord.
